Testing and Commissioning
Megalux Lighting Sdn. Bhd. is fully equipped ( Luminance meter, Illuminance meter etc.) to measure the site to the very inch.
Installation & Column
We can offer a standard range of fixed masts up to 20m designed for parking, stadium, highway interchange, port shaft or any other situation complete with climbing rungs, ladders, safety hoops or platforms to suite individual requirements. For more complex installations such as stadium, a baseball mast can be installed to suit the customers exact requirements up to a maximum height of 60m. Designs can incorporate either internal or external access via an internal or external ladder with a fall arrest system or a powered lift.
For added practicality, we also provide the raising and lowering mast system up to a maximum height of 50m. Via a simple counterbalance unit, the mast can be quickly lowered to the ground level, allowing routine maintenance and lamp replacement to be carried out easily in complete safety. This hydraulic lowering system has no awkward, unsightly foot brackets, no ladders, no winch system, no wire ropes, no pulleys, no mast head moving parts.
Design
Unlike many other lighting solution providers or contractors, MLSB guides their customer from the beginning of the project to the completion step by step. Projects will be designed using the latest comprehensive lighting design software, which ensures of a first class lighting design presentation. Design information can be input from wide range of options, right from drawings to CAD, ensuring an accurate calculations and a comprehensive presentation.
We have an experience and highly trained lighting design team, which designs, based on International standards. With our expertise we guarantee customers satisfaction. Our design also compromises of the Lighting Overspill, Sky Glow and Glare, which are the three key elements of light pollution and resource wastage (electricity). We guarantee maximum lighting performance through improving lighting quality, reducing light pollution and increasing energy efficiency and comply to eco environment.
Maintenance
With our trained and experience team we are to be able to offer you the full capabilities of our service engineers to carry out maintenance for your facilities. In order to protect and sustain your capital investment. We offer a range of options to maintain your lighting system throughout its planned lifecycle and to ensure compliance with appropriate regulations. On installation of a new lighting system, we are able to offer your facility a comprehensive 5 or 10 years maintenance plan.
